Alle våre tre sønner var hjemme på påskeferie og vi har hadde fine dager med familiesamvær. Det var sol og stigende temperatur, skikkelig påskesol! En dag gikk vi tur forbi der vi skal flytte til ny leilighet i juli, og viste guttene hvor vi skal bo. Det er også på Hafslundsøya hvor vi bor nå. Vi bor i leid leilighet nå. Etter at vi solgte huset vårt ville vi leie mens vi så etter en leilighet å kjøpe. Vi trives så godt her, så da kjøpte vi like godt en leilighet i et nytt byggeprosjekt ca 400m herfra :) Det går en fin tursti forbi der. Vi fulgte stien langs elva rundt nordenden av øya. All our three sons were home on Easter holiday and we had great days with familytime. It was sunny and rising temperature, real Easter sun! One day we walked by where we are going to move to a new apartment in July, and showed the boys where we are going to live. It is also on Hafslundsøya where we live now. We live in a rented apartment now. After we sold our house we wanted to rent while looking for an apartment to buy. We like so much to live here, so then we bought an apartment in a new building project about 400m from here :) There is a nice hiking trail past there. We followed the path along the river around the north end of the island.
Det ble også en tur på Borgarsyssel museum. Det var lite folk der så vi hadde museumsområdet nesten for oss selv. We also had a trip to the museum in Sarpsborg, Borgarsyssel museum. It is a museum with many old buildings. There were few people there, so we walked around almost by ourselves.

We went up to the top of the 32 meter high lookout tower where we could enjoy the view. Det ble tur opp i det 32 m høye utsiktstårnet med flott utsikt.

Og her ser vi mot byen. And here we look to the town.
Tradisjonen tro ble det også brettspill, denne gangen favorittspillene fra guttenes barndom. Lønningsdag, og Sarpsborgspillet. True to tradition, we also played board games, this time the favorite games from the boys' childhood. Payday, and the Sarpsborg game.
Så koselig familiepåske med de voksne "guttene"! Brettspill og turer! Bedre blir det ikke.

How nice that you had all 3 sons home for Easter. The weather was perfect too. I cannot imagine climbing all those steps up to the top of the look-out tower!!But once you were up there the view must have been amazing.
SvarSlettI must admit, there is an elevator in the tower :) The boys climbed the stairs, but I took the elevator. My knees do not like so many stairs anymore.
